Dr. Allison Crepeau is an orthopedic surgeon in the Division of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Connecticut Children’s and an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Connecticut. She is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery with subspecialty certification in sports medicine.
Her clinical expertise includes the surgical management of sports injuries involving the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle. She has particular interest in the care of female athletes, dance medicine, advanced cartilage reconstruction, and ACL reconstruction in very young athletes through young adults.
Dr. Crepeau earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, completed residency at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and pursued fellowship training at Orlando Health and Boston Children’s Hospital. An active contributor to the field, she has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters focused on pediatric and adolescent sports medicine.
